Senior Application/Web/CTI developer

· Employed as a Senior Application Developer with functions ranging from IIS Administrator to the sole Web Developer to CTI Developer to Applications Developer.· Helped grow this startup CRM(Customer Relations Management) provider from 50 employees to over 2000 · Developed Cutting Edge CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) applications in Visual Basic using a C++ rapper of IBM’s Callpath. Also used and help create IVR(Integrated Voice Response) solutions that allowed information gathered in the IVR to be immediately available to the CSR(Customer Service Representatives) through communication over an Oracle Database· Developed a CTI based softphone application in Visual Basic & JAVA that allowed all communication with the telephone to be done through the computer rather than have agents use the telephone. · Created an ASP/HTML reporting web solution that allowed specific clients to connect to a secure extranet site to view dynamically created real time blended ACD reports.· Developed an Extra/Intra/Inter-net Strategy as well as a security package for these sites using Java, VB script, ASP, HTML, PL/SQL and Oracle as the Backend. · Created various backbone solutions for other internet startup companies on the web and through Visual Basic. Data Management Analyst

· While with Americans Stores managed and maintained all systems maintenance and direct support requests and contact with the Account Executives from Hallmark, from which more than $180,000,000 worth of sales per year are generated. · Created various Visual Basic applications for Corporate Data Management and Data Warehousing. These applications imitated a direct user interface with a 3270 Host Application that replaced the need for manual entry into a Legacy system.· Maintained and managed the General Merchandise Email system for correspondence and issue escalation with Corporate Data Management and the California Lucky Division of Marketing Managers.· Maintained, managed and created over 30 different reporting approaches for a new Corporate Maintenance Data warehousing system as well as managed 6 people that also worked on resolutions to various business issues. · Was the Data Management Administrator for the Business Association Team; linking all corporate sales with the correct National Product Managers, VPs and EVPs .· Worked on Warehouse translation and the Store ordering process from the corporate to the divisional level.· Reverse engineered a ten million-dollar application that was purchased from an British outsourcer that failed in a practical business environment and developed a better system in Visual Basic.
