information gathered in the IVR to be immediately available to the
CSR(Customer Service Representatives) through communication over an Oracle
Database· Developed a CTI based softphone application in Visual Basic &
JAVA that allowed all communication with the telephone to be done through the
computer rather than have agents use the telephone. · Created an ASP/HTML
reporting web solution that allowed specific clients to connect to a secure
extranet site to view dynamically created real time blended ACD reports.·
Developed an Extra/Intra/Inter-net Strategy as well as a security package for
these sites using Java, VB script, ASP, HTML, PL/SQL and Oracle as the
Backend. · Created various backbone solutions for other internet startup
companies on the web and through Visual Basic. These companies typically lacked
the technology and support to create real time credit card transactions and

reporting approaches for a new Corporate Maintenance Data warehousing system

Association Team; linking all corporate sales with the correct National
Product Managers, VPs and EVPs .· Worked on Warehouse translation and the
Store ordering process from the corporate to the divisional level.· Reverse
engineered a ten million-dollar application that was purchased from an
British outsourcer that failed in a practical business environment and
developed a better system in Visual Basic. |
